Shipping & returns

Shipping

We use the U.S. Postal Service to ship to all 50 states. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If the product was damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the box and include it with your initial email above, so we can submit a claim with the shipper. 

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your new Chonus Bag, we want to hear about it.  But first, we want to thank you for your purchase and for supporting small businesses like us!  Since we want you to be just as happy about your purchase as we are, we’re happy to replace or exchange the item or refund the amount you paid within 30 days of your purchase.

 

To start the process, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order Number and data of purchase
  • The reason for your return
  • Best way to contact you

We’ll reply with instructions and next steps on how to make things right.

Refunds

For a full refund, please return your order in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days, we’re unable to issue a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notifying you that we received your returned item. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within about a week. 

 

Please note that we’re unable to issue refunds for damaged products that are the result of wear and tear through normal use or collisions and/or accidents that damage the product. If the product was damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the box and include it with your initial email above, so we can submit a claim with the shipper. 

Checking on your refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
